Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Financial and Accounting Supervision:
Supervising the preparation of daily entries and posting them to the appropriate accounts.
Reviewing and approving periodic financial reports (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement).
Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all financial transactions and accounting records.
Accounting and Budget Management:
Preparing financial statements in accordance with approved accounting standards.
Analyzing costs and expenses and providing recommendations to improve financial performance.
Supervising monthly and annual account closing processes.
Internal Control and Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax laws.
Developing and improving internal control systems and financial policies.
Collaborating with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits.
Managing the Accounting Team:
Supervising and directing the accounting team to ensure efficient accounting operations.
Training and developing the team to enhance their accounting skills.
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
Preparing periodic financial reports for senior management and providing appropriate recommendations.
Analyzing financial trends and providing solutions to improve the company's financial performance.
Tax and Financial Obligations Management:
Monitoring and preparing tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Supervising the timely payment of financial dues.
Coordination with other departments:
Working with other departments to ensure integration between financial and operational processes.
Providing financial support and recommendations to improve the company's overall performance.
