The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily accounting operations in an industrial environment, ensuring compliance with local tax laws, financial reporting standards, and internal policies. The role includes managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Taxation, Balance Sheet reconciliations, and leading the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the accounting team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Oversee Accounts Payable: vendor reconciliations, payment processing, and expense control.
Oversee Accounts Receivable: customer invoicing, collections, and credit management.
Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure accurate and timely Balance Sheet reconciliations.
Handle tax compliance (VAT, income tax, withholding tax, etc.) and liaise with external auditors and tax authorities.
Monitor and control the company s general ledger, ensuring compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Provide management with financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
Coordinate with other departments (Procurement, Operations, Treasury, etc.) to streamline financial processes.
