Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Purpose
1. Responsible for achieving maximum sales volume and profitability, growth and account penetration by effectively selling the company s solutions
2. Responsible for the implementation of Sales Strategies and objectives defined by upper management
Duties And Responsibilities
1. Develop and demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the marketed solutions
2. Analyze the market s potential and determine the value of existing and prospective clients
3. Establish, develop and maintain productive and professional relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for the company s services
4. Perform cold calls and in-person visits to understand and quantify customers requirements
5. Lead presentations to potential customers, suppliers and promote Maliatec Solutions
6. Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, sales management, logistics and technical service teams
7. Develop effective proposals, quotations for prospective customers while ensuring proper negotiation in order to close deals
8. Meet the Unit s assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives. Achieve assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts
9. Participate in trade shows, conventions, conferences and other events, to promote the company s services
10. Maintain high customer satisfaction levels that meet the company s standards
11. Participate in investigations of customer complaints, respond to all customers queries and concerns in a timely manner
12. Proactively assess customer need on on-going basis and lead solution selling that best address these needs
13. Follow up on clients agreements, credit limits and mode of payment and abide by them
14. Report to management on customer needs, problems, competitive activities and potential for new services
15. Keep manager informed about products performance, opportunities, budget variances and problems that are encountered
16. Stay abreast of latest mobile technologies, applications, technical services, market conditions, competitors and competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through research and readings
