Roles & Responsibilities
Role Overview
The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of Brights marketing services. This role bridges sales, client servicing, and project coordination, making it central to the agency s growth and reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local and regional market.
- Present Brights services (branding, digital marketing, media, web solutions) to potential clients.
- Develop tailored proposals and pitch decks in collaboration with the creative/marketing team.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Account Management
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and goals.
- Ensure smooth communication and delivery of services.
- Up-sell and cross-sell additional Brights services where relevant.
Project Coordination
- Collaborate with the creative, digital, and technical teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and budgets for client projects.
- Prepare and deliver performance reports and campaign updates.
Market Intelligence
- Stay up to date with marketing trends, competitors, and industry insights.
- Provide feedback to management to improve service offerings.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in marketing/advertising).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and familiarity with digital marketing platforms.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
