JOB DESCRIPTION

Developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve client objectives and maximize revenue growth.
Serving as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and managing their expectations.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, production, etc.) to develop and execute effective campaigns that align with client goals.
Conducting regular account reviews to assess campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
Leading client presentations, pitches, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
/ DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Proven experience within a creative agency.
Strong track record of managing and growing client relationships, with a focus on strategic account planning and revenue generation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social, print, etc.).
A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all client deliverables.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
