Job Title: Account Executive

Location: Amman, Jordan


Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team in Amman. This role is pivotal in managing client relationships, overseeing travel accounts, and ensuring that all travel experiences meet or exceed client expectations. The Account Executive will play a key role in driving client satisfaction and retention through excellent service and tailored travel solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their travel needs and preferences to ensure a personalized service experience.
  • Travel Planning and Proposals: Develop customized travel suggestions and detailed proposals that cater to the unique interests and budgets of each client. Provide comprehensive quotations for both tailor-made and package tours.
  • Negotiation and Vendor Relations: Leverage industry expertise to negotiate with vendors and suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and high-quality services for our clients.
  • Booking and Transaction Oversight: Manage the complete booking process, from reservation accuracy to documentation. Send clients detailed confirmations and invoices, ensuring clarity and precision in all travel arrangements.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any client issues during the booking process or travel experience, ensuring quick and effective solutions to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Post-Trip Engagement: Conduct follow-ups with clients after their travel to gather feedback and ensure continued satisfaction, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat business.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with a variety of clients and partners.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in travel software and reservation systems.
  • Passionate about travel with a deep understanding of Jordan.
