Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Organic Social Media Division, ensuring top-quality delivery across retained client accounts.
Mentor and inspire a diverse, multi-location team.
Drive growth through RFP participation (minimum 5 closures annually) and upselling within accounts.
Build strong client relationships as the senior point of contact.
Collaborate with Creative, Production & Influencer Marketing teams on integrated campaigns.
Oversee budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure efficiency and revenue growth.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
8+ years in social media, digital marketing, or client servicing, including 4 years in a leadership role.
Proven success managing large accounts and winning RFPs.
Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
Deep knowledge of social media platforms, digital trends, and content strategies.
