Roles & Responsibilities

Morgan Philips Group, the digital headhunting company, is currently recruiting an Account Director M/F for one of its clients, a leading creative communications agency in Morocco, recognized for its strategic approach and the impact of its campaigns on the most influential brands in the market.
Main missions: A true pillar of customer relations and strategic management, you will play a central role within the agency. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for a portfolio of major accounts, with the mission of ensuring their satisfaction, loyalty and development. You will also be required to supervise teams, drive collaborative dynamics and manage high value-added campaigns.
Responsibilities: Strategic management and client relations: - Ensure the management and development of a portfolio of strategic clients - Be the main contact for clients and ensure a good understanding of their needs - Define and deploy integrated communication plans in line with clients' business objectives - Advise clients on the best strategies to adopt to maximize the impact of their actions Management and coordination : - Coordinate internal teams (creation, digital, production, etc.) to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns - Supervise all operations related to account management (planning, budget, reporting, etc.) - Manage and develop the skills of teams dedicated to your clients Financial monitoring and performance: - Develop budgets, monitor their execution and ensure optimal profitability of accounts - Implement and monitor campaign performance indicators - Prepare periodic reports for clients and management \
