Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless workers experiences from check-in to check-out, promptly addressing and resolving any issues that arise.
Supervise and train accommodation staff, fostering a positive and efficient team environment, conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
Manage room inventory and reservations, optimizing occupancy rates and revenue generation, effectively utilizing property management systems.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the accommodation, conducting regular inspections and coordinating with housekeeping.
