Roles & Responsibilities

Presentation
Born from the desire to respond to the economic, political and social challenges of Morocco and Africa, the International University of Rabat (UIR) is the first public university privately managed under contract with the Moroccan state. Founded in 2010, it has become in its first years of existence a model of innovative establishment in accordance with the best international standards in the field of Higher Education and Research.
With more than 8,500 students and participants in continuing education, the UIR offers a multidisciplinary training offer that covers the fields of Engineering, Architecture, Health Sciences, Human and Social Sciences, Management, etc. In terms of continuing education, the UIR supports public and private institutions in strengthening the capacities of their teams with diversified programs of Executive masters, licenses, certificates that cover the sectoral strategies driven by Morocco.
Research and innovation also constitute a major axis of the University's strategy, which is expressed through academic publications, applied research and an active R&D policy with nearly 540 patents filed, including 100 internationally, which ranks it as the leading university in Morocco and Africa in terms of patent filings (source OMPIC).

Mission

Your mission will be to manage student registrations and re-registrations as well as their files from registration to graduation and to update the IS Scolaire.
Monitoring of student files:
• Participation in the one-stop shop: registration, re-registration, etc.
• Processing of registration files and preparation of registration statuses,
• Filing and physical and electronic archiving of registration files,
• Maintaining updated and complete student databases from the school information system,
• Regular monitoring of student re-registration (reminder emails, consultation with the DAF, etc.),
• Verification and monitoring of registrations and re-registrations of international students,
• Awarding and monitoring of diplomas;
• Feeding and managing the education information system (AGRESSO) to respond to all administrative and educational requests;
• Participation in the preparation of the ministerial file;
• Perfect mastery of platforms dedicated to education (GADI, AGRESSO),
• Collaboration with other entities
Profile Profile
sought:
Minimum of Bac + 3 in Business Management or equivalent, you have a successful experience of at least 03 years in a similar position.
Very good knowledge of the education of higher education establishments.
Required skills:
Hard skills:
• Very good mastery of office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook),
• Ease of using new information systems (software, applications).
