Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team of AC technicians, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies, fostering a safe working environment.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on service activities, equipment performance, and maintenance costs.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to AC technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Troubleshoot complex AC system issues, providing expert technical guidance and support to the team.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Diploma or Associate's degree in HVAC or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Possession of relevant certifications, such as EPA Section 608, is a must.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in AC repair and maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong understanding of AC system components, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, and refrigerant handling.
