• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning units in various settings.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems efficiently.
• Conduct performance tests on entire HVAC systems after installations.
• Ensure compliance with all installation and safety regulations and standards.
• Provide routine maintenance services and educate clients on system upkeep.
• Respond promptly to customer service requests and inquiries professionally.
• Replace and adjust defective and worn-out components or parts as needed.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Stay updated on advancements in HVAC technology and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with other team members on large-scale commercial projects.
• Provide estimates for new installations and system upgrades when necessary.
• Keep work vehicles and inventory parts organized and adequately stocked.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required for this position.
• Proven experience as an AC Technician or similar HVAC role required.
• Certifications from accredited HVAC programs or technical schools preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical components and HVAC systems needed.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with other technicians.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for fieldwork.
