Reports to: Service Manager / Technical Supervisor
Department: Maintenance & Repair Services

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable AC Technician and Home Appliances Technician to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and servicing of air conditioning systems and a variety of home appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, and microwaves. The technician should have strong technical knowledge, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to provide high-quality customer service.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Air Conditioning Installation & Maintenance: Install, service, and repair air conditioning units, including split systems, central air systems, andwindow units.
  • Perform routine maintenance on AC units, including cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and ensuring overall system efficiency.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to cooling, heating, and ventilation systems.
  • Provide recommendations for system upgrades or replacements based on assessments.
  • Ensure proper disposal of old or faulty equipment in accordance with local environmental regulations.
