Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty to MCV and Mercedes Benz. This is to generate more sales and achieve the set financial and non-financial objectives regarding workshop activities.

  • Extend support and adequate facilitation to service staff regarding all technical issues.
  • Ensure that all the technical procedures in the workshop are complied with and adhered to while applying high-quality service standards.
  • Apply the technical standards and performance measures set in the workshop in line with the company's strategic direction and cascade it down to the technical support team and the training manager.
  • Ensure all concerned employees' compliance with technical aspects.
  • Ensure the workshop team complies with the service manual.
  • Support the workshop team in applying the service manual.
  • Support the workshop team in running the skill contest.
  • Provide all branches with diagnostic tools for various models, conduct technical support, and maintain follow-up and maintenance.
  • Extend technical advice for all company departments and branches regarding technical issues.
  • Respond to all technical problems on production lines in all our factories.
  • Be flexible to travel to different destinations to be mobile for extended periods.
  • Follow up on workshop process and procedures standardization.

  • BSC in Engineering is a must, preferably in Automotive, Mechanical, or Electrical
  • 0-3 years of experience in the same field
  • Strong technical background
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Good experience in CAD systems (AutoCAD)
  • SAP knowledge is preferred
  • Fair knowledge of Adobe Suite (Illustrator- Acrobat) is an advantage
  • Fair knowledge of Sketchup is an advantage
  • Excellent Computer skills
  • Technical Writing skills are mandatory
  • Strong technical background
