Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair complex HVAC system malfunctions, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant issues, using advanced diagnostic tools.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on a wide range of AC and multi-systems, ensuring optimal performance and extending equipment lifespan through meticulous inspections and servicing.
  • Install new HVAC systems and components, adhering strictly to blueprints, manufacturer specifications, and local codes for optimal system efficiency and safety.
  • Troubleshoot and repair building automation systems (BAS), including sensors, controllers, and actuators, to maintain comfort and energy efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical degree or certification in HVAC/R is highly preferred.

  • Demonstrates a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC/R field, with a proven track record of successful troubleshooting and repairs.

  • Exhibits strong knowledge of various HVAC systems, including residential, commercial, and industrial applications, with a focus on chillers, air handlers, and VRF systems.
