Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Photorealistic Renderings: Produce high-quality 3D visuals for interiors, exteriors, and bespoke joinery elements.

Concept Development: Create mood board, material studies, and concept visuals during early design stages to support creative direction.

Design Collaboration: Work closely with designers to refine layouts, lighting concepts, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selections.

Asset Management: Maintain and organize 3D asset libraries, materials, and textures to ensure consistency and quality across projects.

Technical Coordination: Collaborate with design and technical teams to align renders with drawings and material specifications.

Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling visual packs and presentations for client meetings.

Workflow & Quality Control: Manage project timelines efficiently while ensuring uncompromised quality in deliverables.

Desired Candidate Profile

Expertise in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, SketchUp, Lumion, Blender, Autocad is must.

Strong knowledge of lighting, materials, and textures for realistic visualization.

Ability to translate design concepts into compelling visuals that communicate mood and atmosphere.

Experience in asset library management and workflow optimization.

Excellent collaboration skills with both creative and technical teams.

Strong organizational skills to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
