Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging social studies lessons for grades 2 and 3, tailored to diverse learning styles, that bring history and geography to life.
- Create and implement interactive classroom activities, projects, and assessments to foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and a passion for learning about the world.
- Assess student progress regularly through various methods, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, collaboration, and respect for different perspectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, with a specialization in Social Studies or Elementary Education.
- Holds a valid teaching license/certification recognized in the region, demonstrating professional qualifications.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 2 years of experience teaching social studies at the elementary level.
- Exhibits fluency in both English and Arabic, enabling effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
